The wiki states that the location of a keyed portal for a house is at the DMs discretion since they don't want everyone to be in front of the Foul Olde Spirit.

Does this mean that it would be possible to have a keyed portal somewhere else in the Bazaar with DM approval?

We'd prefer to keep this sort of thing out of the Bazaar, simply because it becomes a "look at me!" situation. Other wards would definitely be acceptable however.

Is there a builder's module? If not, can we still use SCoD custom assets defined in placeables.2da, etc
Edit: never mind, found the builder's module. It's in the User Submissions forum if anyone else is looking for it.

Also, still no scripts / chairs allowed? No option for someone to audit it?

The KEMO chairs are all under placeables in the builder module. Even though the module doesn't have scripts, if you place those, the chairs will work when brought into the master module.

The idea on Taxation could be just simply walking about the city using its Streets, its Benches its Air. and So on Also the use of portals have also been Taxed.. though In game usually depending on the Taker player you dont need to give them actuall jink.. i always have given people the choice of Roleplay jink or Real jink (though i also usually go after the high income merchants.. which would pay Taxes/Rental Fees on the Market stalls and the requirement of licenses to deal within the city)

Tax probably has to go through the Sigilian senate first which has a majority Sensate rule. Takers and Guvs probably don't get to invent their own taxes and laws willy nilly without a majority approval, that's why the duke wants the majority so bad I think. Not sure they would be keen on letting Fated make an air tax, life tax etc

I assume at least!!

Since when did the Hall of Speakers have majority Sensate? :P One faction = One vote.

All I really remember is Duke Rowanwood wants to get rid of Erin so he can rule Sigil.

Is altering an exterior allowed? For example, deleting a house and putting a different structure there. Of course, one would have to buy out all the original tenants first...

That's going to depend on a few things, Dank.

1. Where is it? We're not going to remove, say, the Prison to make room for your house

2. Can it be done without screwing up the area's aesthetic? We can't have a big beautiful mansion in the middle of the Hive or a thatch-roofed hut in the Lady's.

3. Is there a DM or experienced builder willing to make that change for you? We definitely are not going to put the wards in just anyone's hands, as the wrong change could result in serious problems.
