Also, alignment shifting will have consequences for classes that need a certain alignment. Expect to lose some powers of a class if you go against its legal alignment.

Thanks for that info.

Also, do mobs use any special materials for their weapons or are things like ethereal visage pretty much guaranteed to give 20 dr vs. everythig PvE?

A lot of the NPCs uses weapons that PCs can get as random loot from them, as well as other random trinkets in same manner. So yes, they might, not always, but definitely a possibility. Don't expect every NPC to use same weapon all the time is my suggestion ;)

cool - nice to see Mobs use adamantine or silver etc... weapons...keeps us on our toes.

About steadfast determination: in Baldur's Gate PW it is bugged and grants the not fail on 1 ability to all 3 saves. Makes Epic Resilience redundant. Does it work that way here?

Hmm, first time I hear about that at least, if it's by standard NWN 2 that way, then it's similarly bugged in here as well (since we haven't tweaked it in any way), although if it is so, then we'll be looking to fix it ourselves likely.

I got this feat on one of my characters.
Let us presume that the my character needs to save against a DC of 16, even with a roll of one, the sum of the roll and the save far exceed the required DC. The combat log will state that I have "failed" the save, however, the effect caused from "failing" the save is not applied.

I'll try running over some Reflex save based traps, to see if I got the "fortitude"-save effect on those too.

Anyhow, I'll have to state how BG has, quite the variety, of it's own custom adjustments.

I have tried steadfast at a few servers and it always does as was mentioned above. It will say: Failed on non-fort save rolls that are 1s, but it won't apply the effect if your save is high enough that 1s would not normally fail.

So basically, yeah it is a non-epic version of epic resilience with extras on top of it making it uber :-) I'm not sure if it can be modded though ....

The "extra" on top of the feat is not uber, it is only usefull if your Constitution modifier is higher than your wisdom.
