Of course you can unless you have a binary mindset where there can't be OP stuff pre-existing. That and the entire point of consideration for what is OP has to start with how it interacts with pre-existing choices, and as you pointed out, SCoD already has some OP stuff in it, it needs excess scrutiny to really even consider how additional choices on top of them will behave.

I'm not saying there aren't decent options in Kaedrins either, but I'm saying it's at best premature to completely disregard the notion of balance without keeping it as a factor.

Well, RoT includes Kaedrin and is a good indicator of a few things of K's that are very...spectacular.

He's got some weak Prcs as well as many powerful ones (50%). "Oddly enough" {sarcasm} few players, if any, ever use the weaker PRCs.

If I remember a few common dips:

-Wirling dirvish(2) for IE
-FM(6) for piercing cold
-FothF(1) for dodge AC/con bonus
-Dark L (1) for crippling strike
-Champion of wild (2) for elegant strength-magic dmg based on dex
-Hospitalier(varrious levels) for up t3 bonus feats/fullbab/7spell progression
-Marksman for some crazy ab bonus to ranged
-Canaith Lyrist - Bard Prc with full bab and song and spell progression

Those are just some of the common uses on a world that has items that offer most feats and crazy damage bonuses. I am sure that there would be more Prcs applicable on Scod (high magic), that are currently overshadowed by items on RoT (very, very high magic).

TLDR: there would need to be a lot of tweaking and Scod has quite a bit of tweaking going on already with the current custom content...which would be a lot of work. As mentioned, it is easier to identify which exact features are desired and consider how they might be worked into ScoD.

What is or is not balanced for the server really matters not, The content can't currently be modified. So even if it was balanced we wouldn't be able to make any of the changes required to make it compatible with our own systems or any future systems.

Server balance is a good talk but this isn't the topic for it. Let's try not to derail.

So yeah, the why is more important then the what. Because of a few reasons above, we most likely won't be getting any straight-from-K stuff. But if builders know why you want something, even if they can't give you that exact thing they have better chances of giving you things that fill the same desire.

So try to explain your wants.

It would be nice for warlocks to have Practiced Invoker and Invocation/Blast focus feats. Warlocks kind of get the short end of the stick as it is.
