...This might sound funny yo, but make sure you don't have any Cursed items, i was ready to come here post ' yo why is my toon bugged' Then i found her fabulous Robes was CURSED! with minus 5 ac Dex and str, ..i had a good laugh afterwards.

Nothing of the sorts. I've checked everything that could possibly affect this and there's nothing of the sort.
