Questions...
1) Does that mean PVP will be allowed in the bazaar again since there aren't NPCs guards automatically coming in ? (or at least they'll need a few minutes, enough for a fight to be over with)
2) Can people carry weapons in the bazaar as mean to "defend themselves" ?
