Well, that stuff is all still in discussion. But, no, probably not a significant amount of changes yet. Maybe some scripts that make beholders better? Depends how long you were gone.

Eldritch master can now be gained if you reach fellblade 10 or some other classes. No need for 16 warlock anymore.

Warlocks can be liches.

There are new golems coming in the near future.

Eyeball race will come in the near future.

Caster focussing on Undead's can summon a death tyrant beholder.

Rework of beholders will not happen in the near future.
