More Silly Newb Questions - Recharging Wands

Sorry I should have added all these questions to one post, but they have been hitting me at different times through out the day.

Can a player recharge wands or reuse dead wands? I had a mage make me a protection from evil wand and it has almost run out of charges. I heard someone in game mention recharging wands but I do not know how to do that.

Any help would be nice.

There exists item called Magic Electrifier, that allows you to recharge any items that has charges. It's pretty rare however...

It requires you to destroy items in attempt to recharge other items. So not always the cheapest way.

Oh crap. I just got one of those yesterday and someone I was grouped with calledd need for it so I gave it up... shoot. I could have used that so much.

I need to read things before I give them up without a roll.

Oh well, at least they are happy now. :)

To be honest I can't remember what Magic Electrifiers icon is ;) I made the item ages ago and never had enough luck to find one or even be in group of one that has such. Though your description sounds more like Star Sapphire gem.

You can also use a wand to make a new wand.
Assuming you have the craft wands feat. xD

It'd be nice if more wands and other charged items dropped. I've seen 1/day items so so, never charged, though. Same with rings.

Of course, there certain may be a reason they do not . . . or such items may have simply never dropped for my characters. They may just be intended to be more of a rarity.

So if you want to make more charged items, that is entirely possible, we will be making some eventually as well naturally though, I believe cryptc made few extra ones already actually.

I like use per day makes for things to spend jink on if everything has use per day eventually everyone is rich.
