People make assumptions because when you say 'we're considering balance' without any further details/elaboration any seasoned MMO player is going to think 'nerfs, only nerfs are coming'. So the PR/presentation of the initial announcement could have used a bit of work.

Anywho, food for thought, what's the difference between a loot table item and a special store item? We have two threads now kind of devoted to the exact same purpose, only one makes you have to pay $stupid to get a given item.

Special store items are like a buffer with getting new items into the server. They go there first, then someday, something might be done with them (like added to the loot table in the case of Ariella's initiative).

You only have a two week window to submit your items to be added to the drop table, and the clock is ticking. That thread will not be there forever, so if you want something added - make it now. :P

As MimiFearthegn say's loot tables are hard to change a lot of works required and the only reason its getting done at the moment is i am on holidays!. As for the announcement the exact details cannot be announced until all submissions are in.

Will the items be getting a yes / no like the special shop items so they can be reworked if they don't fit?

Yes. This and many other questions are answered in the original thread. ;)

Items will either be approved, not approved or have minor modifications by the staff if needed, Items not approved can be edited and then offered towards the special shop instead.
