It can remember the exact details of the storyline but is Shami-Amourae free from the wells of darkness, that is for our timeline.

Knowledge 25: the planes
Shami-Amourae has been freed from the wells of darkness. She attempted to use a powerful magical Engine to forcibly convert others to her cause, but a group of adventurers from Sigil, including at least one of those who freed her, stopped her and destroyed the engine. With her secret demiplane exposed, she set aside plans to start a second War of Ripe Flesh, and fled to avoid being found in a weakened state by Malcanthet.
Her whereabouts are currently unknown.

Possible for one of her disciples to track her down and like, see what it's going to take for her to return back to full strength?

All of my storylines involving Shami are long since resolved. As for keeping things in server canon:
It's not a measure of individual strength, but rather of purpose. All of her thoughts are of revenge against (for her imprisonment in the Wells of Darkness), and wresting the title of "Queen of the Succubi" from, Malcanthet... who happens to have her own plane, armies at her beck and call, plus an alliance with Demogorgon. At the end of her storyline that I ran, it was her and a small cadre of loyal succubi, plus several other outsiders who were converted before the Engine's destruction, and a mere handful of cultists.
Anywhere you want to take the storyline from that point is up to you.
