Will the requirements take PrCs into account, or are you expected to take ~12 levels in the base class? It looks pretty amazing, in any case.

The prerequisites should take prestige classes into effect. The way it's set up is actually with three different classes that will show up on the list: arcane, divine, and warlock versions.

With the warlock, you simply need the 6d6 eldritch blast feat, so that one's easy.

Arcane is set up to look for arcane spell level of 6, then to ensure you have at least one level of bard, sorcerer, or wizard. One little trick in the giving of spellcasting continuation feats will require you to have at least two levels in one of these.

Divine works the same way, except for clerics and favored souls. Druids and Spirit Shamans cannot become liches.
