Eh... dispel is against caster level rather than DC I think?
Dispeller's caster level +1d20 against DC 11+ defender's caster level...
So even if you have negative Cha, as a SS, if your caster level is high enough, you don't get dispelled...
So it really doesn't make a different for all casters in term of against dispel!
You just pick what seems more handle and nice... Greater magic weapon or Greater magic fang doesn't help anyway... so SS/Druid SF get more AC than cleric one, I think... Plus immune to knockdown, I think that's a fairly fair trade! :)
The only downside for SS is only low offensive spell DCs... I think...
Edit: By the way, Oak resilience is active at will, so you don't need to spend a round to activate it, plus you don't get slow down.... But that's druidie thingy.
