Well it -is- client side. No reason to use precious server time and space to force implement it when players can choose for themselves. ;)

if Obsidian had done things right, they shouldn't work, since overrides are disabled, but if put in a subfolder it still tricks nwn2 to allow them... and every would be cheater knows anyways, so no use in trying to hide the trick hehe...
but yeah this is client side only and apparantly harmless, so knock yourself out... I think there is some "smaller spell effects" override somewhere too you might also want...

And one that makes the "weapon elemental effects" quite a bit smaller too.

Yes, All of those old statements about clearing an override folder before logging into a certin server were to displace the blame for less then stable scripting with a less then stable hardware configuration.Product of Void,Mar 23 2010 wrote: so no random beatings for using it then? sweet.

Well... overrides could do alot of problems, especially back then... slightly better nowDarkLeaf,Mar 24 2010 wrote:Yes, All of those old statements about clearing an override folder before logging into a certin server were to displace the blame for less then stable scripting with a less then stable hardware configuration.Product of Void,Mar 23 2010 wrote: so no random beatings for using it then? sweet.

And back then, a non-official override in the override folder was likely to cause more problems to the folder owner than the server itself.
