Considering all of the Otherworldly Whispers scrolls around? Yes.

Maybe a helpful warlock player would test on some sequencer potions to confirm this? (I suppose I could go to the test server....)

Pretty sure sequencer spells have to be capable of being cast on someone besides yourself (i.e., no premonition), although I could be wrong; I'm just thinking that if you can't do that, you won't get a targeting option when selecting an item.

You can make premonition potions with sequencers, I've done so in the past. Theoretically, any spell should work on it. Not sure about invocations, but, its test worthy.

Ok, I'll test this over the weekend. I forgot about this.

Warlock powers have no targeting feature after cast. They auto target and apply to the caster directly. Without that targeting option, you can't target the potion.
Otherworldly Whispers is a staple in Minerva's stock. She never runs out of them.

In other words, I just saved a bunch of time by not testing it?
