Congrats to our new DM Scintilla!

We are highly confident that they will do an outstanding job, Helping to push SCOD forward and assisting all of our creative and charming planeswalkers. That's right your all charming, I don't believe any of that intimidation.

DMing can be a lot of work but also a lot of fun, It is always nice to see people putting their hand up and giving us some of their spare time to keep SCOD running. So we look forward to working with you and all the massacres you will cause! Err i mean RP you will bring.

Actually that's kinda what scintillating pattern actually does. Well, did, and I haven't heard any feedback since I tried to tone down the VFX. But yeah, was actually just a bad pun.
