Custom Weapons (help Needed)

Hi there. I had a friend make 3d models of some weapons I designed and I would like them put into our server. The problem is I am not skilled in the complex method of doing this. My skills lie in art and design. I have tried to learn the necessary steps to do it on my own. However, after much effort, I still could not make heads or tails of the stuff. I'm asking anyone and everyone on here with the know how to help me with this project. I will provide as much help as I can however, as I said, this territory is clearly not my area. As an incentive I would like to offer a in-game reward of 100 platinum. If you would prefer real money, we can arrange this through Paypal. I'll set the cash reward at $50 Canadian dollars.
