Simple game mechanics question/idea/concept/whatever that I did not feel warranted a @builds@ thread.

Improved bonzai charge maximizes damage on a successful attack.

This is physical damage only, I think. But my question is does massive critical damage get maximized?

Example: Abyssal bloodiron xyz weapon while under maximized damage effect lands a crit.

What would happen?

If it functions like the weaponmaster ability, I'm fairly certain it maximizes base weapon damage only. I haven't played around with the class yet, though. It's actually on my list. Mostly because greater flurry with 2 extra attacks and a speed burst... scary opener.
