Testing Something With The Lag Spikes

Last lag spike happened when appearance changer was being used, and I think it could be related (possibly), but am unable to reproduce the lag myself currently.

Thus, I'm going to test something... I've removed all the appearance changers from the server until next crash or reset... if no lag spikes happen until then, I might be on to something.

So I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but this can atleast rule out something if nothing else.

And seems to be getting worse with every hit.

I agree, this lag is getting worse, not better. More frequent too. It's typically unplayable.

has it been determined without doubt that this lag is due to the server and not due to the connection?

Yes its the server not the connection

If the lag isn't due to appearance changers, could they be reinstated?

They will be back the next time the server resets.
