Sigil: City of Doors

And here we go again, new features and such. In today's update:

• Updates to the Character and Companion screen UIs from Clangeddin, including a new Planescape appearance and additional character information.
• Hezrou race and racial PrC from Alersia
• Imp and quasit races from Alersia
• Hound Archon race and Hound Archon Hero racial PrC from me (note: the head's appearance will be changing to become more hound-like for the next update. Canine form may not work properly; if this is the case, there should be a hotfix implemented for it within the next week)
• Updated equippable creature weapons from Alersia
• Fixed half-celestial summon (again?), this time by Alersia
• The Greengage by Mad Jack Valance
• New undead stuffs form Alersia: palemaster tweaks and some new necromantic feats
• Various tweaks and area adjustments from Serena, including Vala's magic school
• Wildshape adjustments by Ariella
• Two new items in the special store from Mimi
• Flame Twin has been removed from the server. If you have an item that grants flame twin, see a DM for replacement or reimbursment.
• Other little things I can't remember... this has been a rather chaotic two weeks!

Wildshape adjustments means

- Weapons and other items excluding ac bonus now carry over to wildshape forms
- base damage has been lowered to account for this increase (This is still being balanced and may change in a future update)
- Dragon form requirements have been dropped to 29 wisdom and level 24 druid

Final hotfix completed.

Character UI is faster thanks to Clangeddin.
Hound Archon and Hound Archon Hero canine forms work now.
