Sigil: City of Doors

In today's update:

* Bugfixes
* Player houses from Mimi and Serena
* Jann, Radiant Dragon, and Khayal from Xndar
* More fixes from Mick, including some trial armor balancing.
* New stuff in the special store and more fixes from Mimi
* Elan race from Synthetic Rose (welcome to the builder team!)
* Water plane stuffs from Lucadia
* Divine power "final" fix from Clangeddin
* No more Krampus (awww)

Just to follow up, the following psionic abilities have been fixed as of this update by Xndar:

* Fixed metapsionics on a lot of the 'Energy' powers (Ball, Push, etc)
* Hostile settings on Mind Blank, Psionic fixed. (Will be moving forward to fix the other identified hostile setting issues in the next update)
* Energy Retort has been tweaked to forbid any stacking with itself (even with different energy types).
* Fixed maximization on Impale.
