Today's update reopens the carnival! Bask in its carnivalness!
In addition to the carnival, we have the following:
- 2 new carnival stores, with new items, by Lucadia, and Mr. Otyugh
- Abilities switched to cooldown for Duelists and Weapon Masters, by Hydra
- Item and Dragon Bite Fixes, by Lucadia
- Greater CHA fix for Samurai, by Taihou
- New event area by Millenium (plus vfx)
- Monster tweaks, by Mr. Otyugh
- 2 new Player Houses
