Lervak has finally opened his tattooing business, letting all benefit from his magnificent magical tattooes.
How they work:
You may buy tattooes from him (located in a store in Hive Ward), but you may never have more than one tattoo at the time. If you have a tattoo and you want to exchange it for another, you must pay him (200 gold) to remove existing one (no refund on its price), then you can purchase another to replace it.
The tattooes themselves are items that work from inventory and give various bonuses.
