First off, some changes and updates from Mimi.

• Changes and improvements to spawns and chests in Limbo
• Small tweaks to Bazaar and Clerk's Ward. Bazaar made no-PvP. Restoration of sky ring.

Also...

• Mechanus portal convo should now show text if you don't have the right key.
• Mechanus side portal shouldn't be named CollisionBall or whatever it was before.
• Possibly less problems for in area porting with large characters in mechanus through the gates.
• Gatecrasher descriptions fixed for Dimension Door.
• Summon Dampening feat - VFX hopefully works now.
• Missing texture in infinite staircase - possibly fixed. Hard to tell since no problem on my test machine to start with.
