Server Update Complete

Server is up again, and gamespy seems be working correctly now. Please update your favorites however as it might have new IP

Direct connect to scod.game-server.cc still also works.

Done. Lots of goodies in, but don't have time to list it all now, but builders are free to announce their contributions until i get to do so officially later.

And sorry for the large HAK update... you can blame all those who wanted Xaltar's head pack. :P
